Refund policy
Clear rules for cloud plans, GPU time, prepaid AI credit and growth retainers.
Cloud VPS and dedicated servers
Monthly plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of the original purchase if the instance has been used for less than 48 hours. After that period, the current month is non-refundable but you can cancel before the next renewal. Dedicated servers are refundable before hardware is provisioned.
GPU instances
GPU time is billed per day. Days already consumed are non-refundable. Unused prepaid GPU days can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus any payment processing fees.
AI gateway credit
Prepaid credit is refundable while unused and unexpired. Once credit has been consumed by API calls it cannot be refunded. Credit never expires, so there is no reason to rush.
Growth services
Google Ads and paid-social retainers are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel mid-month, work completed to date is billed pro rata and the remainder is refunded. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is never charged by us.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
