Information we collect
Account details (name, email, company, billing address), contact form submissions, support correspondence, order and invoice records, and technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To provide and bill the services, provision infrastructure, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, where we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and with your consent where required (for example, marketing email).
Cookies
The site uses a session cookie required for login, the plan basket and form security, and may use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site will stop working.
Sharing
We share data with processors that help us operate: payment and invoicing providers, cloud and network providers, email delivery and analytics. Processors act on our instructions under contract. We may disclose data where legally required.
International transfers
Our infrastructure spans multiple regions. Where data is processed outside the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Account and billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and corporate law. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Infrastructure data is deleted or returned within 14 days of account termination unless law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Access to systems is role-based and logged. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3; storage is encrypted at rest. We monitor for abuse and review access regularly.
