We confirm the plan, region and quantity, then send an invoice payable by card or wire transfer. For GPU and managed services, capacity is reserved at this point.
From request to production
Self-serve where it should be, engineer-led where it matters. This is what happens after you submit an order or a trial request.
Provisioning
VPS and GPU instances are created automatically in the region you chose. You receive root credentials, IPv4/IPv6 addresses and console access. Dedicated hardware is racked and imaged by an engineer.
Onboarding and migration
If you are moving an existing workload, we plan the cutover with you: DNS, database dumps, certificates and background jobs. Standard migrations are completed in one to three business days.
Monitoring and reporting
Every plan includes uptime monitoring, DDoS protection and backups. Growth retainers add a monthly report covering spend, conversions, cost per acquisition and what changed.
Ongoing support
Production incidents are answered 24/7 with a 90-second first-response target. Routine changes, resizes and region moves are handled through your account engineer.
